(1 serving: Dairy-free, Gluten-free, Vegetarian, Vegan)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 teaspoon honey
2 teaspoons hemp seeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Place everything in a blender and mix until smooth.
