Police documents reveal a Washington mother is facing assault charges for allegedly setting her husband on fire because she claims her husband was molesting her 7-year-old daughter.

Police were called to the scene of a convenience store after the husband, Vincent Phillips, 52, walked into the store saying he’s on fire and begging for help.

A police affidavit states the wife, Tatanysha Hedman, 40, admitted to buying the gasoline earlier in the day with the intent of setting her husband on fire.

Phillips told Nancy Grace producers he never touched the daughter and denies the allegations.
