Benji Kurtz is like a lot of us. He struggled with his weight for years, going from low-carb diet to low-carb diet. He was able to lose 30 to 40 pounds, but within a matter of time, he gained it all back.
Then, by chance, he found the answer for him: a plant-based diet. And in one year's time, he lost 100 pounds!
