A Walmart truck driver is being held on $50,000 bail in connection with Saturday's chain-reaction crash that left one person dead and 7 others in the hospital, including comedian Tracy Morgan.
Kevin Roper is charged with five counts -- one count of death by auto and four counts of assault by auto. He was driving the tractor-trailer that crashed into Morgan's limo bus, according to the Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office. Roper, 35, turned himself in, the New Jersey State Police told CNN.
