New grand jury transcripts paint a chilling picture of a man who was prepared to kidnap women in the Portland, Oregon, area. Kelly Swoboda was shot and killed last month in a shootout with police after they were called to investigate a suspicious person.
Detectives say Kelly Swoboda had a "moveable dungeon" in his van, complete with chains, handcuffs and porn. They say he kept detailed notes on women he stalked in the area, including their license plate numbers and their work schedules.
Swoboda had a long history of run-ins with police, including arrests for bank robbery and probation violations.
