"8 WEEKS. NEW BODY. NEW LIFE."is a health and fitness challenge led by celebrity nutritionist and health and fitness expert Mark Macdonald. Go on an 8 week journey with 15 people as they change the way they eat, exercise, and live. You'll get to know them, their lifestyles, their hobbies... and what led them here. They'll share the ups and downs of eating healthy and the physical and emotional struggles of getting fit- and staying that way- for life.
WEEK 1: DETOX- cut, clean & flush!
Participants cut all the foods that bloat (dairy, grains, sugars, alcohol), eat smaller portion sizes of proteins, fruits, and veggies, and drink more water to clear their bodies of all those harmful toxins.
WEEKS 2-8: IGNITE - burn, sculpt & restore!
Participants add carbs and exercise back in to their daily routines to turn their bodies into fat burning machines!
