Has missing jet been found?

  • Chinese satellite images show 'suspected floating objects'
  • Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 left Kuala Lumpur for Beijing

Has missing Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 been found?  A Chinese satellite shows three large objects, all of them larger than 18-wheeler trucks, floating in the ocean.  The images were captured on Sunday, the day after the plane went missing.

The plane and its 239 passengers vanished seemingly into thin air.  The plane's transponder stopped sending signals 45 minutes after takeoff.  Radar tracked what officials thought may have been the plane for an additional hour--but it was heading in the opposite direction!

Wednesday the search area was doubled, to 27,000 square nautical miles as investigators seemed to be getting more and more confused about the jet's whereabouts.  After 5 days of exhaustive searching, is this the missing airliner or another false lead?
