Nancy Grace

"Nancy Grace" is television's only justice themed/interview/debate show for those interested in the breaking news of the day.

Why didn’t ‘loud music’ shooter call 911?

  • Opening statements were presented Thursday at the trial of Michael Dunn for the shooting of Jordan Davis
  • Dunn claimed Davis was armed, threatened to kill him because he asked teens to turn down music
  • Prosecutors say Davis was unarmed

After Michael Dunn shot and killed 17-year-old Jordan Davis during an argument over loud music at a Florida gas station, he returned to a hotel room with his girlfriend and ordered pizza, prosecutors said in court Thursday.

As jurors view surveillance video from the gas station, HLN’s Nancy Grace asks why Dunn didn’t call police following the shooting that he claims was an act of self-defense.
