Images of the devastation from Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines are nothing short of devastating. And it hits close to home for "Survivor" host Jeff Probst. He filmed four seasons of "Survivor" in the Philippines (the third of those seasons is airing now). And while the area where he filmed wasn't affected by the storm, Probst tells Showbiz Tonight's A.J. Hammer, it's still a wrenching sight.
"There is such a sense of community in that country, because it's an island community. It feels as though it's impacting the people that I worked with for so long," says Probst.
Probst and some other "Survivor" stars are doing their bit to help with the relief efforts. Find out what they are doing on Showbiz Tonight at 6 p.m. ET & 11 p.m. ET/PT.
