Rightly or wrongly, Tom Cruise is known as one of the most litigious actors in Hollywood. But he might be having second thoughts about his latest legal battle. He’s suing the publisher of Life & Style and In Touch magazines for $50 million for some questionable headlines they published about Cruise’s relationship with his daughter, Suri.

Unfortunately, his deposition in the case has yielded some headlines Tom probably could have done without -- including details of his divorce from Katie Holmes, and a grossly taken-out-of-context quote about the war in Afghanistan that got Tom in trouble this Veterans Day weekend.
