Staff Sgt. David Moore was diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and a traumatic brain injury after serving our country in both Iraq and Afghanistan. The effects of PTSD can be about as bad as serving on the front lines: Anxiety, depression, nightmares -- just a few of the symptoms some returning veterans suffer. But many are getting help from service dogs.
