Nancy Grace

"Nancy Grace" is television's only justice themed/interview/debate show for those interested in the breaking news of the day.

Will jury believe MacNeill's other alleged mistress?

  • Another alleged former mistress testified against Dr. Martin MacNeill Wednesday
  • Anna Walthall testified that MacNeill told her he could cause a heart attack in a way that would be undetectable
  • Defense challenged Walthall's credibility on cross-examination

Anna Osborne Walthall testified Wednesday that Dr. Martin MacNeill told her during "pillow talk" that he knew how to use drugs to cause a heart attack in a way that would be undetectable.

Walthall is the second alleged former mistress of MacNeill to take the stand at his trial for his wife Michele's murder.

Walthall also admitted that she suffers from a dissociative identity disorder and that she contacted authorities about dreams she had about the case, but HLN's Nancy Grace says those facts might not cause credibility problems with the jury.
