Sexual violence prevention educator Jamie Utt has a message to the Georgia Tech fraternity brother who wrote the 'rapebait' e-mail that spread like wildfire around the Internet this week. In the e-mail, the student, a member of the Phi Kappa Tau fraternity, advises brothers to pick up women at parties by getting them drunk.
