Jackson verdict read aloud, confusion ensues

  • Jury found concert promoter AEG not liable for death of Michael Jackson
  • Verdict means Jackson family gets no money from AEG

Wednesday afternoon, jurors in the Michael Jackson civil trial announced they had their verdict. They found concert promoter AEG Live not liable in the death of the pop star. 

That means Jackson's family members get none of the money they were suing for.

There was some confusion in the courtroom after the verdict was read, when the judge tried to poll jurors on their answers to question 2.
