Michael Jackson wrongful death suit now with jury

  • Trial has lasted more than five months

Deliberations in the Michael Jackson wrongful death trial will resume on Tuesday.

Jackson's family is suing concert promoter AEG Live, saying it was negligent in hiring Dr. Conrad Murray.  Murray was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in Jackson's death, which was caused by an overdose of the surgical anesthetic Propofol. AEG Live claimed Jackson hid a drug addiction from everyone, including concert organizers.
