Police say Mee led Griffin to the back of a home, where two men -- Laron Raiford and Lamont Newton -- robbed him at gunpoint. Authorities said Griffin was shot and killed in the altercation.

Although police indicated Mee did not pull the trigger, she was still charged in Griffin’s death because she arranged the robbery.

Raiford was convicted in August and sentenced to life in prison. Newton has yet to stand trial.

Mee shot to fame in 2007 and dubbed "Hiccup Girl" after suffering from hiccups for more than a month.
