Stadiums are going gourmet and bringing in fancy chefs to sell their products to fans. One of them is chef Kevin Ouzts from The Spotted Trotter Charcuterie in Atlanta. His handmade hot dogs, sausages and jerky are selling out at Falcons games at the Georgia Dome.
