Andrea Sneiderman's story: Is it all a lie?

  • Georgia woman sentenced for not being truthful about affair she had with man who killed her husband
  • Did Andrea Sneiderman lie in court during her sentencing hearing?

Andrea Sneiderman was sentenced to five years behind bars after being convicted of several felonies, including perjury, for lying about an affair she had with the man who shot her husband, Rusty, to death in 2010. The judge will give her time served for about a year she spent on house arrest.

During her sentencing hearing, Sneiderman said she and her former boss Hemy Neuman had "no physical" relationship and that she did "nothing to obstruct justice." After she was convicted of lying to investigators and lying under oath, did Sneiderman lie in court when she begged the judge for leniency regarding her sentence?
