A-List moms Halle Berry and Jennifer Garner lent their star power to a proposed California law that would limit the paparazzi's access to their children.
Both recounted the never-ending harassment they've endured including having photographers peeking at them on Christmas and pretty much all other times.
The law is designed to protect the children by not allowing their pictures to be taken without parents permission.
"We are not whiny celebrities," Berry said as she recounted how the horde of photographers caused her to wreck her car and fall down the stairs when she was pregnant.
Garner recounted how a stalker who wrote her a violently descriptive letter was able to get close to her by hiding in the paparazzi throng.
Some agencies oppose the law, saying it would restrict journalism.
