The ex-wife of R&B star Usher Raymond broke down when the 911 call made after her son's pool accident was played in court. Tameka Foster Raymond filed a motion for an emergency custody hearing after her son Usher Raymond V was injured last week.
The 5-year-old boy was trapped in a pool drain at the singer's Atlanta-area home. Usher's aunt Rena Oden was reportedly watching the boy at the time, but needed help to get him out of the pool.
At the hearing Friday, Foster Raymond asked for a greater share in the custody of the couple's two sons. After both she and Usher testified, the judge dismissed the request, allowing the singer to retain primary custody of their children.
