NEED TO KNOW
  • 52-year-old Rosy Esparza was on ride with her son
  • Witnesses say she was worried about her restraint bar
  • Police have ruled out foul play

Police have ruled out foul play in the death of a woman who fell out of a roller coaster, but inspectors are still trying to figure out how 52-year-old Rosy Esparza plunged to her death Friday at Six Flags Over Texas.

Her son was sitting next to her.

Witnesses say Esparza was worried about her safety bar before the ride started, but was told by an attendant that she was "fine."

The ‘Texas Giant’ coaster is closed until further notice.
