Tsarnaev pleads not guilty in Russian accent

CNN's Deborah Feyerick tells Jake Tapper that Boston Bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev seemed "disinterested" and spoke in an unexpectedly "distinctive Russian accent" in court.

Tsarneav pleaded not guilty to the 30 counts against him in a courtroom packed with victims and even a few supporters.
