  • 'Age of Champions' profiles competitors at the biannual Senior Games
  • The documentary debuts July 9 on PBS

From an 86-year-old pole vaulter to a group of grandmas who hoop together on the basketball court, some seniors are proving it's never too late to get moving by competing in the National Senior Games on July 19 in Cleveland, Ohio.

Leading up to the big event, PBS will be showing "Age of Champions," a documentary featuring some of the incredible athletes. Chris Rufo, the documentary's director, spoke with Natasha Curry about the inspiration for the film and the secret to staying vibrant well into old age.
