Wednesday morning, the prosecution in the George Zimmerman trial tried to use Skype to have one of its witnesses testify from Colorado.
The witness had only gotten through a few answers before the first "call" showed up on the screen.
After a few moments, that was followed by more incoming calls, which quickly reached a crescendo.
As defense attorney Mark O'Mara said, "There's a really good chance we're being toyed with."
The judge quickly regrouped, the Skype call was ended, and the testimony of the witness was completed on speakerphone.
