Could Miguel's leap land him in loads of trouble?

  • Singer Miguel hit a fan in the head while performing at the Billboard Music Awards
  • Could the young woman sue? Showbiz Tonight's A.J. Hammer fills us in

Miguel's jump gone wrong at this year's Billboard Music Awards sparked a social media frenzy, but could it also lead to a lawsuit?

While performing his hit song "Adorn," the R&B singer leapt from one stage to another, hitting a fan in the head in the process. Afterward, Miguel tweeted that he "got caught up in the moment."

Now, his big jump could cost him an even bigger headache. According to TMZ, the singer was warned by producers to avoid making the leap. However, a representative for Miguel says he was never advised against the jump, noting fan Khyati's well-being is the No. 1 concern. TMZ also reports the woman may sue and claims she's suffering from "cognitive difficulties."

Showbiz Tonight's A.J. Hammer fills us in on Miguel's potential legal woes.
