Jaden Smith - the new 'Fresh Prince'?

NEED TO KNOW
  • Will and Jaden Smith talk about speculation of a 'Fresh Prince' reboot
  • Would 14-year-old Jaden Smith follow in his father's footsteps and be recast in his famous role?

So this is a story of a new "Fresh Prince"?

After the original "Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" Will Smith teased fans with a mini-reunion with Alfonso Ribeiro, better known as Carlton, viewers everywhere wanted to know if a reboot of the 1990's sitcom could be brewing. Smith and Alfonso, along with Will's 14-year-old son Jaden, broke out in the famous Carlton dance on UK's "Graham Norton Show" and people began speculating that young Jaden would be the perfect recast of Will's original role.

Will and Jaden do not agree though. Showbiz Tonight caught up with them at the premiere of their new film "After Earth," where Jaden says he isn't interested in following in his father's footsteps! Watch the video above for the Smiths' response and catch Showbiz Tonight at 11pm ET/PT on HLN.
