If you think you're not limber enough for yoga, if Crossfit is too hardcore for you, or you just don't have the rhythm for Zumba, take heart: There's always Prancercise.

Prancercise is apparently the brainchild of Johanna ​Rohrback of Florida, who says she came up with the style of exercise in 1989. She describes it as "a springy, rhythmic way of moving forward, similar to a horse's gait and is ideally induced by elation." Rohrback wrote a book and uploaded this video of Prancercising, which has become a viral hit.

After seeing this, HLN's Mike Galanos had to try it out for himself.
