Exercise? Neigh, Prancercise!!!

  • HLN News Now takes on a new (old) fitness craze
  • Woman in Florida says she came up with Prancercise in 1989
  • Video has become a viral hit on the Internet

If you think you're not limber enough for yoga, if Crossfit is too hardcore for you, or you just don't have the rhythm for Zumba, take heart: There's always Prancercise.

Prancercise is apparently the brainchild of Johanna Rohrback of Florida, who says she came up with the style of exercise in 1989. She describes it as "a springy, rhythmic way of moving forward, similar to a horse's gait and is ideally induced by elation." Rohrback wrote a book and uploaded this video of Prancercising, which has become a viral hit.

After seeing this, HLN's Mike Galanos had to try it out for himself.
