Arias attorneys try to withdraw from case again

  • Jodi Arias was found guilty of first-degree murder
  • Arias defense attorneys sought mistrial Monday, asked to withdraw from case
  • Defense presented no mitigation witnesses; Arias expected to speak Tuesday

After the judge denied their motion for a mistrial Monday, defense attorneys for Jodi Arias asked to be allowed to withdraw from the case. Judge Sherry Stephens denied that request as well.

Court records indicate it was the second time since Arias was found guilty of murder that they have moved to withdraw as her attorneys. Nancy Grace has the latest.
