O.J. Simpson says he wants a new trial for his 2008 convictions for robbery and kidnapping because his lawyer gave him bad advice.

On the witness stand Wednesday, Simpson said he was advised not to testify during his first trial, because his lawyer told him there was no way he would be convicted.
