On Wednesday, O.J. Simpson took the stand in the memorabilia robbery case in which he was convicted in 2008.
On the witness stand, he described exactly what his former lawyer told him he could and couldn't do in order to get his property back.
“You have a right to get your stuff," he said the lawyer told him. "He gave me an example that if you were walking down the street and you saw your laptop with your name on it in a car, you could use your force to break the window of the car to get the laptop.”
Simpson maintains that he should be granted a new trial because his lawyer gave him bad advice.
