In his closing argument Thursday, prosecutor Juan Martinez said there was no evidence the infamous Spider-Man underwear that Jodi Arias said Travis Alexander gave her ever existed. Back when she was on the stand, Arias said Alexander sent her the little boys' underwear with the intention that she would wear it.

It was part of the testimony she used to illustrate her allegation that Alexander had an attraction for young boys. Investigators say they never found the underwear; Arias said she threw them away.
