As a parent, there's no worse fear than losing your child. For one family, that pain is all too real.
On November 23, 2012, police say 46-year-old Michael Dunn shot and killed Jordan Davis. Police in Jacksonville, Florida said it all started at a convenience store when an argument started between Dunn and teens in a SUV over loud music. Officers said Dunn fired at least eight shots, and he and his girlfriend, went back to their hotel without calling police. Davis was killed in the exchange. None of the other teens were shot. Dunn is now charged with murder.
Late last week, police released Dunn's interrogation, which Davis' parents have watched.
Jordan's parents, Lucia McBath and Ron Davis, and their attorney John Phillips joined HLN's Raising America with Kyra Phillips. Kyra talked with them about losing their son, the suspect, and why this case is not like the killing of Trayvon Martin.
