HLN’s new hit series "HLN After Dark: The Jodi Arias Trial" takes you into the controversial topics of the Jodi Arias murder trial. Arias is accused of shooting her ex-boyfriend Travis Alexander in the face, stabbing him multiple times and slitting his throat from ear to ear.

The sexual relationship between Jodi Arias and Travis Alexander has played a major role in this trial. Recordings of the couple's phone sex was used by the defense to argue that Travis' devious sexual behavior affected Jodi and their relationship. Tonight's HLN After Dark focuses on this seemingly secret sexual relationship and whether it could have led to Travis' death.

Tonight's Bold Accusation: Travis was a sexual deviant.

If you believe Travis was a sexual deviant, vote 'guilty.' If you believe Travis was not a sexual deviant, vote 'not guilty.' Click here to vote in our poll and we'll reveal the verdict tonight on the show!

  • Guilty = Travis was a sexual deviant.
  • Not Guilty = Travis was not a sexual deviant.

Vinnie Politan & Ryan Smith respond to your online comments

The HLN After Dark defense team, led by criminal defense attorney Joey Jackson and attorney Monica Lindstrom, will argue Guilty: Travis was a sexual deviant. The defense will present some powerful evidence, including recordings of graphic phone sex, graphic language used by Travis in text messages, explicit photographs and of course, all the graphic details of Travis' sexual behavior, given by Jodi Arias during her testimony in court.

But will that be enough? The prosecution team, led by Vinnie Politan, also has some compelling evidence. The story Travis' friends testified to in court is a bit different from Jodi's. Both teams will present and argue their case in front of our live in-studio jury and our virtual jury at home.
