Does Jodi Arias suffer from PTSD?

  • Jodi Arias to prosecutor: "You're making my brain scramble... You go in circles."
  • Jodi Arias is charged with the murder of her ex-boyfriend Travis Alexander

The defense called Richard Samuels, a clinical psychologist, as an expert witness on Thursdays. The defense team wants him to explain how Jodi Arias could go into her so-called ‘fog’ and not remember killing Travis Alexander. Samuels argues that Jodi Arias suffers from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and that is why she can’t remember killing Alexander.

Jane Velez-Mitchell and her expert legal team analyze his testimony to see if it is enough to prove Arias’ ‘fog’ and if she may suffer from PTSD.

For complete coverage of the Jodi Arias trial watch Jane Velez-Mitchell weeknights at 7pm ET on HLN.
