'Tan Mom' leaving U.S. for good?

A grand jury in Essex County, New Jersey, recently declined to charge Patricia Krentcil, aka “Tan Mom”, with child endangerment.

She was accused last April of allowing her then-5-year-old daughter to enter a tanning bed. New Jersey law prohibits anyone under 14 to use a tanning booth.

Krentcil, whose extremely dark skin tone made global headlines last year, recently sat down with HLN's Dr. Drew for an interview set to air Monday night, March 11.

In this preview clip, Krentcil admits that all the negative attention she's received this past year is making her want to move out of the country.
