Justin Bieber not too sick for shirtless pic

Justin Bieber got woozy during his concert Thursday in London. YouTube video shows Bieber on stage bending over and holding his knees at one point before walking off.

One concertgoer says the crowd chanted Justin's name as a show of support.

After getting some oxygen backstage, Justin finished the show, but went to the hospital afterward as a precaution. And that's where he posed for an Instagram pic from his bed wearing headphones, a smirk and little else.

So what's the diagnosis? Justin tweeted:

getting better. thanks for everyone pulling me thru tonight. best fans in the world. figuring out what happened. thanks for the love

His rep says Justin was just tired from a long week.
