They say love can find you when you least expect it, but what happens when Cupid’s arrow hits you at work? You walk a very fine line if you mix work and play, so how do you do it without jeopardizing your career?

Before Natasha headed out for the weekend, she sat down with Essence senior editor Tanisha Sykes to talk about love in the work place!

Sykes says although a workplace fling can be distracting, but if you can't resist—here are her tips for how to make an office romance work:

• Be discreet. Save the smooches and sweet conversations for after-hours. Make sure you're not going out of your way to spend time together at the office.
• Understand the implications. Consider what your co-workers and boss will think. Everyone will be watching your every move, so keep it as professional as possible.
• Keep your emotions in check! Don't argue or show jealousy at work. You don't want any conflicts overlaying what you're doing on the job.
