Jonah Pournazarian and Dylan Siegel are best friends. Jonah has Glycogen Storage Disease, a rare liver disorder that doesn’t have a cure.
So it wasn't a surprise when Dylan told his parents that he wanted to do something to help his best buddy deal with his illness. How he wanted to do it on the other hand, that did catch them off guard. He told them he was going to write a book and that his goal was to help raise $1 million dollars.
That's not an unrealistic goal seeing that they have generated thousands of dollars already through sales of the book and chocolate bars. Dylan, Jonah and their moms joined Raising America to talk about this amazing journey that came about through these boys' friendship.
If you would like to help their cause, you can purchase a book or just make a donation over at www.chocolatebarbook.com.
