Friend: Jodi believes it will be a mistrial

Bryan Carr is a friend of Jodi Arias who visits her every weekend in prison. Carr tells Jane Velez-Mitchell that he has talked to Arias about the possible outcomes of her trial, and they do not think Jodi will get the death penalty.

In fact, Carr tells Jane that Jodi believes there will be a mistrial because the jury will be split.
