Hip-hop mogul Michael (Blue) Williams wants to get guns off the street and plans on using Beyonce to help.
Williams tells the “Daily News” he wants to start the first private sector guns buyback program and is enlisting the help of the NYPD. Once he get the OK from the police commissioner, he plans on offering individuals who turn in a gun tickets to one of Beyonce’s Brooklyn concert dates.
