Jodi Arias is standing trial for killing her ex-boyfriend Travis Alexander. On Tuesday, she hung her head and cried as a tape of a sexually charged phone call was played in court. Her younger brother left the courtroom while the recording played, but he's been there for other graphic testimony.

Is his presence a part of the defense strategy? Clinical psychologist Michelle Golland talks about the impact the trial is having on Arias' family.
