Super Bowl shines light on a super biz

  • New Orleans cupcake shop hired to cater official Super Bowl events
  • We're profiling a different small business every day on Making it in America

Talk about the form of two thousand cupcakes! Sweets & Eats Cupcakes was hired to cater the official NFL tailgate parties on Super Bowl Sunday. It's especially exciting for the founder of Sweets & Eats because his small business is only about a year old. Scott Hunter and his staff whipped up a batch of two thousand cupcakes in the form of three different specialty flavors, which of course included a local favorite: the Mardi Gras wedding cake cupcake.

For a taste of Scott's cupcakes, check out the Sweets & Eats Cupcakes facebook page.
