Talk about pressure...in the form of two thousand cupcakes! Sweets & Eats Cupcakes was hired to cater the official NFL tailgate parties on Super Bowl Sunday. It's especially exciting for the founder of Sweets & Eats because his small business is only about a year old. Scott Hunter and his staff whipped up a batch of two thousand cupcakes in the form of three different specialty flavors, which of course included a local favorite: the Mardi Gras wedding cake cupcake.
