Michael Garcia is a waiter in Houston, Texas and some of his regular customers include the Castillo family -- Kim, Eric and their son Milo, who has Down syndrome.
When another table of people insulted the 5-year-old boy, saying “special needs children need to be special somewhere else,” Michael refused to serve them!
Support for the waiter has been pouring in from all over the country. Some people are sending their thanks while others are making financial donations, which Michael has been giving to Milo’s school -- The Rise School of Houston.
Milo’s mom talks to Evening Express about how it felt to have a waiter stand up for her son.
