Brendan Brazier has run a staggering 40 triathlons and 10 marathons. The ultra-athlete is also the best-selling author of the book “Thrive” and the creator of the “Thrive Forward” web series.
Brazier says the secret is in his diet. He is a vegan and a proponent of so-called super foods. He has developed his own line of plant-based super foods called Vega. He tells Jane Velez-Mitchell all about the secrets to his super foods.
