Attorney: 'It's smelling pretty bad' for Arias defense

“It’s smelling pretty bad for the defense, at this point,” criminal defense attorney Joey Jackson told In Session.

The prosecution in the Jodi Arias murder trial rested their case on Thursday.

Both sides return to the courtroom on January 28 for an evidentiary hearing before the defense begins presenting its case on January 29.
