Eating well doesn't mean having to buy special ingredients, or taking lots of time to prepare them... in fact in less time than it took Carlos Diaz to do his sports segment, Dr. Smith was able to whip up a delicious, healthy smoothie right on our set. Only special equipment required: a blender. Smith says his grape-raspberry smoothie takes 5 minutes to prepare, but it took him less than 50 seconds to get it done on the air.
