How big of a change can you make with only $2?

At a lot of churches, members put money into the offering plate. But in Chicago, some churchgoers are leaving with cash!

Leaders of Park Community Church in Chicago know their city has some problems. But they think the answers to those issues will come from the parishioners themselves. So they've giving each member a little seed money.
