Jodi Arias trial: Bloody autopsy photos

Jurors in the Jodi Arias murder trial were shown grisly and graphic crime scene and autopsy photos in day 3 of the trial. The prosecutors and medical examiner methodically went through the injuries Travis Alexander suffered including the fatal stab wound to the chest. Prosecutors say Jodi Arias stabbed her ex-boyfriend Travis Alexander 29 times, slit his throat and shot him in the face. The defense admits that Jodi Arias did kill Travis Alexander but they claim it was in self-defense.
