Ohio rape case: Who's to blame?

Last summer, a 16-year-old girl was allegedly raped by two high school football players in the small town of Steubenville, Ohio.

In this video clip, an attorney representing one of the two teens charged in the case attempts to dispel rumors of the alleged victim's level of alcohol intoxication.
