Congress took action late New Year's night to save the U.S. economy from going over the fiscal cliff, but was the deal lawmakers came up with really anything worth celebrating? Congress did some good things for the American taxpayers, but a lot of issues were left unresolved. So now, what Congress didn't do is what Americans have to worry about.
